I am delighted! An updated, modern version of an old device my grandmother had in her house as a child and played with, this is PERFECT for me as an adult! I never realized how much I had to cook/cook/cook/bake/whatever in three minutes until I started cooking for my family! Just noticing the time on the clock cannot be accurate because you can never be sure that the clock has ONLY changed 2 seconds before you looked at it. So flip those pancakes at 2 minutes 58 seconds or 2 minutes 2 seconds? I used a stopwatch/timer on my phone for a while but to be honest it was more trouble than it was worth. I don't like putting my phone near fat, cooking food, or holding it in hands that are reaching for food. It decides everything! Throw your stuff in the pot and turn it over! Just like they did before phones were invented - even landlines!
