I like their dedication about client service as well as creativity in problem solving. Some of my issues were not addressed fully by them because they had higher priorities or just plain lack understanding/knowledge but this was solved with more communication from myself. They made me feel welcomed into their team which can be tricky when you're going through tough times! Overall great experience, would highly recommend for any startup looking at marketing and branding needs. Their expertise has served us so far very efficiently (we have been working together since mid Jan) during our initial growth phase where we didn't know what questions needed answering. We used leverage pr's brand creation strategy along with other consulting companies such as Koozai. They are not only knowledgeable about what they do but also know how to work with my team as well! I wish we actually had more hours in our day so these guys could help us out even more than their current schedule allows for!!
