Fits my 2" receiver so loosely it would fall out without a pin. It works when the pen is inserted, but the recipient doesn't hold it at will. Also loose fitting but I think that's a plus because I know you're between the pin above the hitch on my chains so it tightens a lot. I thought maybe it was just a defect in what I ordered so I sent it back and got another one and it was even worse. Also, they overdrilled the hole so if you wanted you could just press down on the pin and cut off the end of the pin to be attached. But for $30 it's worth it
