Review on CleverTap by Steven Pankey

The ability for us as marketers in this day & age where we have multiple platforms available has been fantastic! We're able to keep up with all of them without having employees dedicated solely towards social media marketing/management or marketing automation (which would cost quite alot). Our sales team uses it daily - I believe even when not directly involved internally within Salesforce Marketing Cloud there's always some type of engagement going back forth between both sides via Twitter etc.. Great way to stay connected throughout the entire year!! You still need people like myself to be actively managing but its great because you never know what information could come out from someone else using your product outside of just yourself being active every single moment during business hours?
