As an aside this product used to be called Screw Pull and appears to have been purchased by Le Creuset in recent years. I have a similar model that I have been using at home, wine tasting etc for years. Used many times and a very high quality product that has finally reached the end of its natural lifespan. Much easier to use than a traditional wine extractor, but the metal is thinner during the pulling process, so you don't have to pull the cork, just twist it. This model broke within a month. It may have been an isolated case, but I find it difficult to work with this company again. I will look for other options.
