Like many others, this is my first time at WFH and I've made a few changes along the way. I work full time on the phone and the company provided me with a great wired headset. I found the restrictive nature made it uncomfortable because I had to lean forward during the day. Through trial and error I finally found this pair and couldn't be happier! They are very comfortable and the sound quality is crisp and clear at both ends of the line. I ended up not using the USB port because for some odd reason it didn't alert me to an incoming call. I had to pay attention to the screen which kind of defeats the purpose of wireless. I connected via Bluetooth and for the first week I had no connection problems.
