We bought this charger after our original one stopped working. Our first charger lasted a few years, but this one started to have problems in less than a month. We've had it for about six weeks now and the charger needs to work to work. The lightest touch will stop charging. If your Wii U GamePad moves around a lot or charges while in use, I would recommend finding a better charger. This one is not durable and will not last long.
