My favorite feature is that they can see my whole body when I’m doing exercises like push-ups, pull ups etc in both front & back positions to ensure balance! Also love how easy it was for me (a beginner) as well with this app since i didn't have any previous experience playing sports before now either.
It's super friendly but also very informative which helps you understand your progress better through comparing numbers from week 1 vs 2 or month ago versus current data!! Highly recommend if looking at tracking fitness apps of some sort so u don´t lose motivation throughout all these months. ! For sure get an account here because its worth every single penny paid by us towards subscription fee. There are lots of other benefits including video tutorial content where we learn new physical activities/exercises such cardio workouts along different modes e.g running joggers walking bike swimming yoga boxing strength training aerobics core workoutetc just look up videos online too.
