Their product seems to be intuitive and easy to use, they have excellent customer support via phone/email as well as live chat if you need help with something specific during your purchase process, especially when signing up! A great program that makes it incredibly convenient from beginning of search until final payment has been made. There really isn't much we don't like about this software. If I had any issues or questions after our account was set up, their incredible customer service did answer them quickly at all hours of the day. They have amazing technology behind there products and can provide so many things within one area; billing, invoicing, inventory tracking etc. I like that it can be used by many different types of contractors, which makes training easier than trying to train one person who will then have trouble keeping up with other people's needs as they come in next! It takes some time getting use too but once you do its amazing how much more productive your team becomes when using this software instead of paper work or Excel sheets!! We are able get all our jobs logged into 1 place so we don't need multiple spreadsheets anymore.
