NOT what I would call an "outlier "!
I was looking for a detachable collar and I liked it because it seemed well made. But that's not what is traditionally considered an outlier! Does not break when the cat is caught. Rather, it has a two-inch section that stretches to allow the cat to pull in and wriggle out (hopefully!). I haven't decided yet if I want to risk my cat's safety or just get her back. Buyer Warning!
