I liked the price of the product, value for money. The product has been used on two different printers over a period of time. The first printer has stopped printing. Replaced by another model that has been in print for several months. Replaced ink cartridges with EZ products as they were empty. They worked. Then the black cartridge failed and I was only able to print in color for a while. This is where this more expensive printer failed. The message you received tells you to turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and take it in for service/repair. We even cleaned the printer to manufacturer specifications before shutting it down for good. Can't find words.
