About a third of the bottle was all over the inside of the box. Granted, that's not an indication of the quality of the product because it does clean the dishes up nicely, no residue and didn't leave my hands dry. It has a nice thick consistency, its not watery and you can 'feel' the clean.BUT, for this price, the top of the bottle should have shrink wrap around it to prevent this kind of mishap. The top of the bottle has an extended 'stopper' inside (for lack of a better word) and I don't know if that is intended to keep the bottle from opening during shipping but if so, it didn't work.Not only did at least 1/3 of the bottle go to waste but the other items I ordered that were shipped in the same box were covered in soap. One of them was a gift and the package of that was ruined (but not the item inside thankfully).Again, not an indication of the quality of the soap itself but still. I was offered this at no cost in exchange for my honest review. Had I paid the 33$ for it and this happened, I would be VERY upset. I feel like I have no recourse to complain to the company to ask for a replacement bottle because I didn't pay for it to begin with.In the end, cleans dishes great but doesn't play well with others.'others' in this case being shipping boxes.I hope my humble opinion and experience helps you in some way.Thank you for reading.
