So I've been waiting a month to post this review. I have a kitchen and I bought it to use. I've beaten them to hell and back by cooking lots of food and they're holding up great. The only flaw I noticed is that the slotted paddle lost a piece of plastic on the back where the handle meets the metal. Still works, just glad I caught it cutting hamburger meat on a flat surface. The product is suitable for both restaurant and home use. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering something similar. Trust me when I tell you that I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years and would be hard pressed to find another kitchen that does it worse than me! Good product, just increases the strength of the plastic on the slotted trowel, everything else is phenomenal.
