Before I post a negative review on Revain, I want to let you know if I have a problem with my recent purchase. They have provided me with great products and customer service in the past but the production of either of these pads is pretty poor. Upon opening the gasket I noticed that the rubber was already separating from the mesh screen and there was excess rubber on the outside of the gasket. I don't know how to attach a photo from my phone to an email otherwise I would send a photo. I would like to exchange this defective seal for a new one. Please inform me about this process. better than anything
