A disappointing SOFTTOUCH Company Experience

I just ordered from SOFTTOUCH in the hopes of finding the hardware and tools I required for home improvement. My experience, however, was utterly unsatisfactory. I had a hard time navigating the website and finding the things I was looking for. Making decisions required more information than the descriptions and photographs provided. I requested help from customer service, but the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and unprofessional. They seemed unconcerned with my worries and gave me scant to no guidance regarding the products I was considering. I was frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of clarity and the refusal to offer assistance. The things I received were of poor quality as well. The equipment I ordered was of poor quality and did not perform as intended. They were obviously not treated with care throughout shipment, therefore I was quite dissatisfied in the state they were in when they arrived. Overall, I was quite disappointed with SOFTTOUCH. It was a frustrating and disappointing purchasing experience because of their terrible customer service, subpar items, and weak website. I won't suggest this business to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality hardware.
