
Thought the larger drill bit would work for the job. And I was wrong. The smaller one worked great. I created a jig, attached it to the workpiece, and then lowered it and pulled it forward about a half inch to create the keyway. After cleaning sawdust, the keyhole looks great. Practice on a pry bar a few times first.
