I liked this product when I bought it a few months ago, the stem is longer than most and can be uncomfortable but I didn't mind. The problem is that after minimal use when I used it once it made a scary loud popping noise and smelled like something on fire. I've had curling irons that have lasted for years and the fact that this one broke after such a short time is definitely disappointing. . They assured me that it was still under warranty and that they would send me a new one right away! :) I didn't even think there was a guarantee and wouldn't even have written a review if I hadn't received an email asking me to review my item. I'm SUPER impressed with this level of customer service, it was unexpected and absolutely appreciated! A+++++
