There is a fun trendy restaurant just down the street from where I live which is very convenient. If only the food wasn't so bad. For the record, I drink LOTS of coffee. I don't pretend to be a discerning coffee lover. I just know what I like. I prefer a rich (not bitter), dark, hot and smooth coffee. I wanted so badly for this coffee maker to deliver. I just love the convenience of this thing. After 5 months of trying to love it, it's now in the closet and my new car is on the counter. Positive points: - Easy to set up and use - Fast - Easy to clean - Very easy to pull out A cup of coffee is over even if it's brewing. Minuses: - Only one, but quite fatal: it doesn't make hot coffee! The coffee is cold at best. It ruins the coffee (can't extract the flavor at 140f (yes I tested the damn thing - I shower in warmer water than this thing). The coffee tasted awful. It's dark but it was tasteless. I went to finer ground beans (ground right onto espresso) and still couldn't get a fragrant cup of coffee.A nice and buttery coffee feel if you have a fine grind and low temperatures (not quite the flavor profile I was looking for.) It made me nothing off Every cup of coffee made with this machine is microwaved, however, I didn't like the terrible coffee taste, so if you can tolerate cool, tasteless, bitter coffee and want a fun, easy-to-use, and comfortable auto, recommend i this .
