The customer service team at Get Satisfaction are always very helpful, friendly, and professional. I like how they have multiple ways for you to communicate with them, whether it be via email or through their app. They also have great tutorials to help teach people how to use their product effectively. I dislike how the website can sometimes feel slow and clunky. It's not bad per se, but just something you need to get used to. Try it out! You will see that it really does make communication easier. We're using Get Satisfaction to communicate with our customers regarding issues with our products.
