Review on Viatti Strada Asimmetrico V-130 205/55 R16 91V summer by Adam Turczyk ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad purchase, worth the money.

Auto Ford Focus 2, 205-55-16, delivered in 2022, in May. Prior to that, I drove on Hankook Optimo 715 tires. I took Viatti on the recommendations of my dad and comrades, I decided to try it. Hankook is noticeably softer, more pleasant to ride by and large, but there were two punctures in 2.5 years, and the tires almost ran out of zero. Viatti did not have this. For three summers, the wear is half, there were no hernias and punctures, and on a wet track, Viatti will not yield much to Hancock. Stability on the road feels a little improved. For the fourth summer, it will not be enough for a long time, I think, then I will continue to experiment. I give Viatti a solid four (higher than expected!)

Pros
  • Just a little bit, to be honest) In fact, a strong tire, wear-resistant, while not very expensive. There were no cones and hernias in three years of operation, there were no punctures either.
Cons
  • Braking sometimes on dry pavement raised questions and handling in corners on wet (but I think it happens on all tires)
