I have been a Sprint customer for many years. I was very concerned about the T-Mobile acquisition. And when T-Mobile informed me that my branded phone would not work after the 1st, I was very angry. So I had them send me a cell phone for "free" which I assumed would be a piece of shit. (Actually I had to pay $40 sales tax). I was willing to send it back to them. But this damn phone actually seems to be the best phone I've ever had. I think I owe an apology to a few T-Mobile reps, not to mention those who read the swear-filled "poll" they emailed me asking what I thought of the "Fusion" hold. The question was basically what idiot wouldn't accept their free 5G phone. So I don't feel so bad about kicking him out completely. I might have hesitated to delete your survey if I realized that my banking and security camera apps would stop working in a few days. The bank said it was because my Android version was no longer secure enough. This phone has 10x more processing power, 3x more RAM and 8x more internal storage than my old phone. It has a much better display than anything I've had before. There are 3 cameras on the back: one with 48 megapixels and the front one with 16 megapixels. An over-the-air update to Android 11 was required. All this greatly improved the performance of the phone. But the real benefits for me are finally having good phone reception in my suburban home, not to mention this phone also makes Wi-Fi calls. 5G also gives me great download speeds at home. But the first thing I like is that the sound quality on both sides of the line when making a call is much better than I have ever heard from a cell phone in the past. I actually had to turn the volume down and the sound quality is better than our land line. I'm sorry the other guy who wrote the review had problems. This is a cell phone that knows what caused its troubles. Maybe he has a lemon.
