The phone I received kept freezing on and off. I have to keep turning my phone off and on again. Very frustrating. I have been a Sprint customer for many years. I was very concerned about the T-Mobile acquisition. And when T-Mobile informed me that my branded phone would not work after the 1st, I was very angry. So I had them send me a cell phone for "free" which I assumed would be a piece of shit. (Actually I had to pay $40 sales tax). I was willing to send it back to them. No stains when opening the box. Item has been verified to be unlocked by network unlock in system settings (any GSM SIM card will work. Capable of receiving 5G - main reason for purchase (see San Diego Park speed test result).
