I love this bag! Here is the best review I can give as I never give reviews. Pros: It is durable and well designed. Holds up well and is placed on the floor without falling off. The zipper and handles work perfectly. The size is big, not huge but big enough to hold a lot of things. The backpack has many hidden pockets. This was great for me because I go to places where I have to open my bag for security reasons. It's nice when everything you need is neatly stowed away. Cons: Stiff straps cut my arms for the first week. It's gone and now they're more comfortable, or I just got used to it. The ease of the zippers makes it easy for others to access. I'm only mentioning this because it happened to me with another backpack bag. It's a good idea to find a zipper, but you can't do that with a front pocket. Finally, it contains a delimiter, which seems pointless. Others may find this useful, but I would have preferred the divider to be on the side or hidden entirely. Not exactly a scam, but annoying to me.
