I bought this paper for watercolor painting. This paper is suitable for wet-on-dry painting. It has a woven surface, allowing the granulating pigments to settle into the weave, leaving an undesirable texture. I noticed that the paper texture is smooth on the back of the paper. I tried the wet-on-wet technique and noticed that the color was uneven. The paint doesn't bleed and I had to rub the paint to spread it. This paper is not suitable for applying masking liquid. I let the masking liquid dry completely, but the paper tore when I removed the masking liquid.
