Review on Sonder Los Angeles Reversible Teak Wood Cutting Board – Large Size with Juice Groove, 18x14x1.25 inches – Includes Gift Box by Shane Hartford

We recently remodeled our kitchen and wanted to use a chopping board with our new cutting nook/sink. I won't lie, after working at Williams Sonoma a few years ago I immediately went to a competition called BooS. Does not look nice. The first cracks after oiling after only 3 weeks of use, the surface feels like sandpaper. After returning it I was appalled. All good cooks use this, why? I search the boards more closely and find Sonder. It's not that well known, but some chefs call it hardboard. That's why I order. I couldn't be more impressed. That is beautiful. It is smooth. It smears beautifully and acts like a showpiece that will last forever. I am so happy with this purchase. My husband even asked if we could order another one for the other side of the kitchen (don't know if we need another one but ok twist my arm). However. Five stars for this product and the craftsmanship that goes into it.
