This board is beautiful but I received one that was abrasively rubbed in some way which ruined the look on one side. The board was also bent and didn't lay flat. I'm sending it back and trying to send a new one. I hope this works because the board seems to be really good and quite nice. But 1 star until I get one that passed a quality check. Edit: I got a new board, it's flat and nice. 5 Stars!

I was delighted to receive this teak chopping board to replace the cheaper bamboo chopping board which warped after about 9 months. The board itself is beautiful but warped in just 4 days. I got it the day before the Super Bowl and used it every day until Wednesday when I used it and noticed it was rocking back and forth. It is only slightly deformed, which makes it very unstable and uncomfortable to handle. I only washed it with mild soap and water, of course I didn't put it in the dishwasher.

First order had some wood rot in the middle of the board, leaking after washing, called customer service, they did a great job replacing the board with no problems until 2 weeks ago suddenly a huge crack formed right where the handle is and through the middle .
