These are powerful AP, but the roaming features are not available without using enterprise encryption. That causes a client to stay on an AP with lower signal for longer. Turning on Enterprise encryption will cause most IoT devices to not work with it. These are much more powerful than the Ubiquiti 6LR. Unfortunately, the roaming is broken and the interface is not as nice. It will take 3 Ubiquiti LR to replace 2 of these, and probably still not cover the area as well. Also, the mounting is limited to wall or drop ceiling, neither one is in my house.
