Review on Nokian Tires Hakkapeliitta 9 205/55 R16 94T winter by Wiktor Getka ᠌

After replacing the tires with summer ones in the spring of 2023, I observed numerous minor cracks in the rubber, despite having only driven about 7-8 thousand kilometers on them over the course of one winter. When I contacted the help desk at the store from whom I purchased it (Vianor), an employee instructed me to come in person to address the issue. I wasn't surprised by the dedication shown by buyers of premium tire companies. However, without even seeing the tires themselves, the staff at the store sent me to a location on the other side of town. I gave them a call, and without even looking they told me that this was not a promise, that they would not make any changes, and that all they could offer was a link to a survey. So far, I have received no responses to my questionnaire. In terms of performance, I would not say that the tires were impressive. Prior to that, I used Pirelli Ice Zero, which are, in my opinion, just as good but far less expensive. You would hope for at least passable performance from the most expensive tires available.
