Received end of March 2021. It is now October 2021 and he has provided me with impeccable service. I use it at least 35 hours a week. Yes, I've been an HP fan for a long time. I spent hours shopping, reading reviews, comparing specs and prices before deciding on this display and I'm very glad I did. Yes, the display does have some glare - it's most noticeable when I'm working after dark, but that wasn't a problem for me. I didn't want the built-in speakers (display speakers were usually frustrating), so I played audio through the laptop through quality Altec Lansing desktop speakers for audiophile results (you may need to change your computer's speaker settings from "HDMI" to "Speakers" " to make this work). The display is the width of the keyboard from the edge of the table so I'm sitting "on top" of the display, which is very sharp and clear. I added a quality HDMI cable, but it is probably not necessary, I'm just a quality freak, I work remotely and was forced to use a magnifying glass to see the detail on the 19" display BEFORE the display was purchased. Not im since late March 2020 Finally, I haven't noticed an increase in my electric bill after I started using this display, in fact it may have gone down a bit, un d this display emits very little heat, front or back.
