Review on Dorman 800 062 Nylon Fuel Repairkit by Jeff Jordan
Exactly what the doctor ordered.
Seems a bit overpriced for 18" line and 2 fittings but the problem was fixed well enough and using a heat gun all went smoothly. I also fitted 9-11mm hose clamps for the fuel injectors to the fittings which weren't really needed, but only for reassurance.
