I bought this for my 6 month old granddaughter. It's on the young end of typical users. I bought it to encourage her to get up, which with help she does quite motivated. That works great for us. The tray level can be adjusted easily, which is very convenient. She can sit or lie down, also with angle adjustment. Being only 6 months old, she hasn't quite figured out the gears yet, but enjoys banging with her hands and pieces from the set. So it's solid in my experience. It's a bit difficult for her to spin the gear park, but I can spin her and she finds it fun. There's a small keyboard, but it doesn't seem to play notes, it just highlights recorded songs and the like. He also teaches numbers and usually several musical instruments. So for the target age group (older), it will be a fun and educational toy. We're happy with the fun for now.
