We were trying to save money by buying refilled cartridges and HP's "fuck you customer" system liked them Fact not that we are trying to save money therefore we cannot print with non-genuine HP cartridges. So we bought an original HP black cartridge and decided not to buy a color cartridge to save money. The printer has detected a genuine HP cartridge and indicates that it is in single-cartridge mode, showing 100% black ink. The HP Envy 4500 e is connected and prints status reports and other reports about the printer, but it doesn't print anything we send it because it says 'toner empty'. OH GOD I hate HP.
