This ink should last longer than a full sized ink cartridge but it didn't last as long as a full sized ink cartridge. I don't print a lot of material before the tax period and after 2 months of minimum usage I have to reorder. I didn't even use half of the 500 sheet ream and many of my prints used minimal ink. I am ordering 2 packs of normal size ink cartridges. I'll have a backup if I suddenly run out of ink and had a separate cartridge that lasted longer than this one.

We were trying to save money by buying refilled cartridges and HP's "fuck you customer" system liked them Fact not that we are trying to save money therefore we cannot print with non-genuine HP cartridges. So we bought an original HP black cartridge and decided not to buy a color cartridge to save money. This ink was fake. My printer refused, do not purchase this product. I didn't have enough time to send it back as I couldn't print a return label due to the counterfeiting of the ink. I was ill at the time and really needed this ink to print schoolwork and other important documents. thanks for nothing

Immediately after installing the cartridge, my printer reported a low ink level! Printed about 8 pages and done! Either a defect or poor quality! refill packs from Costco and save money because the last ones I bought are the same. They expire very quickly, even XL!

This HP color cartridge is defective and does not work! I want a refund! The return period expired before I had to use it, so now I'm out of $37.04 and ink! . I always buy new cartridges when the ink level drops below 2/3 so they never run out. For the first time I had problems with cartridges. I put the old cartridge back in as it still had enough ink to print 2-3 more pictures so it's not my printer or computer.

They worked great on first print. Inconveniently, it stopped working a month after I used it, just long enough to exceed the return period. I probably only printed about 50 sheets before it failed, so that's very disappointing.

This is a bet on whether my ink carriage will work or not. It doesn't matter where I shop, Revain, Sam's Club, Walmart. Sometimes they work perfectly, and sometimes they don't print brand new out of the box. I want to speak to a sales representative or customer service. My HP printer does not recognize this cartridge and says it may be defective. I turned off the cartridge protection, cleaned the contacts, did everything I could and it still won't print. My only guess at this point is that the cartridge itself was either damaged or blocked by another printer.
