Easy and useful tool that is great value

I like how easy it was for me as an agent (or even non-agent) user of this product to set up my own rules/filters so we could use our software in conjunction wtih their products without having them do all work for us! Also liked being able to see who had access at what time during day or night hours by using different filters within one screen view rather than multiple screens per person needing filtered views - made life easier when trying to keep track of things!! Would love if they would make more features available such as adding notes about people's behavior etc., but overall very happy with service provided thus far.

We are still working out some kinks regarding training agents since there aren't many resources readily found via internet search engine searches. However, once trained properly these tools can be invaluable in helping solve problems quickly which saves money while solving issues before customers leave property unattended due to lack of staff members present to assist guests directly after checkin process.
