I like that the system is easy to use, you can input orders quickly and have them ship right away or even overnight if needed. The customer service side was lacking. There were issues with tracking down who to get help from when we had questions or problems. We also were not allowed to send out an email to our team asking for assistance if there was a question. That's a little disappointing as this is a very important tool for us to run our business efficiently. We are able to easily track what products we need to order, what products are on hand, what items are sold, etc.
