Well, those four suction cups look really good on the product picture. The price pretty much knocked him out of the game. I have a professional suction cup that is used for holding marble slabs and other heavy duty tasks. Judging by the picture I was under the impression that it was made of some kind of metal. Also. So. it is PLASTIC. The product description reads "Lightweight yet durable ABS construction" (meaning it's plastic). Hence a star deduction just to be fair to the product. Don't get me wrong, after receiving the item in the mail I used it on my coffee table and was able to lift a 30lb table with this suction cup. Very impressive. Also, I'd like to add that the black suction cups on the bottom aren't exactly top-notch, despite having good suction power. So I suspect there will be some kind of suction problem on surfaces that aren't quite flat. The functionality is there and it's great for the price, I give it a thumbs up for using it on flat surfaces, glass etc.
