Coming Out Easy/Great Variety

This is the perfect size and great variety! fell out. I've had a nose piercing for 18 years and over the years have had a lot of cheap stuff that I had to throw away because the gem fell out. None of them ever did. My negative note. They come out of my nose so easily when I wash my face, shower, wipe my face, blow my nose. it's really annoying.
