My rating is based on the operator's opinion after testing in the store. The ticket view is sealed on 3 sides to avoid water or steam damage, very light, keeps a constant internal temperature of the pizza for a long time (max. 30 minutes or so). The material is very thin and cheap, which creates problems for sharps containers. The material used on the outside seems strong but very, very slippery when using a different stacking bag (stacking these bags is not recommended. Your rider will attempt to fold and fail miserably at every sharp right turn). Overall, this bag is decent in every way. Not the kind of bag I would recommend for a large room due to folding issues. While the pack's light weight is a plus, it's also a concern for single pizza orders as it appears like you're not carrying anything. Combine this with misplaced knobs on a 14" or 16" wheel and you're in trouble. The internal temperature of the bag is about average with a maximum safe holding time of around 30 minutes. This should be more than enough time to get your product delivered hot and fresh. So far more than 50 deliveries have been verified. Result. If you're a consumer looking to deliver a hot meal, this is an economical and smart way to do it. The bag is cheap and does what it is supposed to do. Commercial customers should consider this bag unless you make a lot of deliveries. It's affordable, works well, and looks good. Large volumes should be avoided until the bag straps are updated, the outer fabric is adjusted for a better fit, and the inner fabric is reinforced to withstand all the varying edges of the containers we deal with on a daily basis.
