I received it very quickly! I've been struggling with my PS4 Slim for days trying to fix the system after my hard drive crashed after a PS software update. I've only had the console for 15 months but I use it every day. It was extremely easy to install. After downloading the update/installation file from the Sony website, make sure to change the file name on the USB flash drive to the correct one. My Windows 8.1 wouldn't let me rename my computer's filename without a number after the filename, but on a flash drive I was able to correct the filename after copying the downloaded file from my computer's memory to the flash drive. It made my day and saved me from buying a new games console. I'm planning to replace the hard drive on my daughter's original PS4, partly because she often gets stuck in a boot loop in safe mode and we need to factory reset her system.
