Good bag, supposedly waterproof (we'll see). I didn't like the loose fit with the straps and didn't want to tighten them as the clips put pressure on the cargo inside and their buckles got in the way of reattaching the rear seat to my Ninja. Decided to use my own Velcro (similar to sleeping bag straps) through the D-rings so there are no buckles under the seat. Now the bag fits tighter and the seat is easy to attach. Once the seat is attached, it clips onto the straps so I feel the bag is secure if I decide to leave it on the bike unattended.
