Now a year later this is literally the worst filter I have ever used or owned. What a colossal waste of my time. I'm an electrical engineer and do my own plumbing and gas work around the house. I have never seen such a poor quality product in my life. Join me in dropping aquasana 3-stage filters due to lack of manufacturing tolerances and quality control of the body, tank and filter. the floor under your counter, scolding the filters because they will never be tight again. Don't waste your time with customer service because they'll tell you to keep fiddling with the snag or send you a replacement - but it doesn't matter because they all fail. I have 2 of these units on my counter right now and neither combination works with no leaks and none of the 40 levels of sealing I've tried. This is not rocket science and aquasana has completely let its customers down with it. Run and find something else.
