Quality internal SD card readers are hard to find these days and this card was the first of its kind I've seen. Good design, feels solid, compact form factor. Good speed on Windows (sequential read/write 90MB+). If you only use Windows, this is a good card. Linux drivers are bad and not officially shipped by Alcor as far as I know. On average it is 1.5 MB/s. Although Linux support was never officially advertised, I can't call this card "perfect" without it. I would definitely buy a card with a Realtek, RICOH, or Renesas chipset if it were available.
