Company illustrations show cylinder valve is removed by turning clockwise (see arrows on product images). That does not work. If you look closely at the bottom of the valve you will see that the tabs are rounded on one side. If you turn the valve counter-clockwise, the tabs slide under the cap and you can remove the valve (firm first time, easier second time). Youtube and the company website do not say/show this. Now that I can remove the valve I love this bottle. This is a good basic bike bottle that fits easily into Giant's metal bike bottle cage. The anti-drip design is cool. Easier to use than a bottle of Camelbak Podium.
