Review on Kitty Cat Alfapet Sifting Transfer by Sirryan Bloodworth

Do not contact Alfapet customer service for help!

Having been a regular purchaser of transmission bushings for over half a century, I'm done with this. These liners revolutionized cat box cleaning as I think they were the first company to introduce liners with holes that allowed the dry litter to fall onto the next layer. Solid waste and wet debris were caught by the upper liner and discarded. Shovel for a dirty toilet is not needed. I use the Alfapet Kitty Cat Liners regularly for my two Siamese cats who use the same box, eat from the same bowls and sleep together during their many daily "naps". (They are littermates if you're wondering how that could be)! A few years later I noticed that one of the "guys" was pulling the current liner and covering up their business. This allowed wet sand to seep into the next layer and when the dirty liner was pulled out it stuck to the next due to moisture seeping down. This question was asked in "Customer Questions" section with unsatisfactory answers. Personally, I started this problem about a year ago. I tried to pull the layers together with some used rubber bands (one of which is in each box). Also, try trimming off any extra corners of the plastic after placing the liners in the plastic tray. This was an ongoing problem so I decided to ask the Alfapet website for help. This was the biggest time waster as I tried several times to contact customer service unsuccessfully as the phone number and extension listed never answered. The listing says to leave a message and a representative will contact you. After never getting a reply to the phone number, I tried to leave emails which were also completely ignored. Now I can tell you that after completely ignoring their customers I have come across another brand of shifter lines that are even better than Alfapets Kitty. Cat. VanNess makes the same liners from a much thicker plastic film that is easier to line out and place in the shell. Also included is a much thicker elastic that wraps snugly around the drawer. Remember I said I started using three and four thin soft ribbons for the Kitty Cat brand to get the same result. In summary, the VanNess brand has grown into a much better product than the Alfapet Kitty Cat replacement liners. So far, the weight of the plastic sheets has solved the problem of getting wet under the liners. I just thank Alfapet for completely ignoring my request for information. You got me addicted to Vanness!
