Not recommended for sous vide.
Three bags fell apart after two uses. Used sous vide potatoes with chives and rosemary at 145F, three hours. When I tried to get the bags out, they all burst and dropped the food into the sous vide tub. Although they are recommended for this use, they are not very well suited for it. Cleaning was also a problem. Silicone smudges and clouds make it hard to tell if you've removed everything. I do not recommend.
