this works for me in the kitchen and dining room

I have a lot of knives but I like this one a lot more, 5 of mine, it's a lot safer for me and I use it every time. Seriously, if you use a lot of cauliflower, get it. It really is a gadget I wouldn't want to be without. FYI lemon zest in hand is also great for removing black, I use this and it removes black very easily.
