I love that this software has such an extensive library of templates for different types of analysis. It also allows me to easily customize each template so they are tailored specifically to my needs. The customer support team is very friendly as well! They're always quick to respond and provide helpful advice or tips when needed. There isn't much I dislike about this product - other than perhaps its price point (it can be quite expensive). If you have any questions regarding how best to use this program, their staff will help guide you through the process. We've been using this tool at work to analyze our monthly sales performance. This helps us identify areas where we need improvement and then make changes accordingly.
