I loved this purse, it seemed sturdy and all the pockets and compartments were perfect for organizing all my stuff. I bought it in April 2019 and used it when I wasn’t working, so usually 2 days a week and then in December 2020 the long step attachment just randomly ripped off! I was just walking, it didn’t get caught on anything, I wasn’t rough with it, and my purse fell off me. I checked it and saw the strap was broken :( I was so bummed! It still has the small handles but now it is a hole in it. Very disappointing
