DO NOT BUY If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been working in the catering industry for many years. While it looks like a scaled down version of a good commercial paint/food grinder, it doesn't even do a decent job. Tried it first on roasted pumpkin with nutmeg, probably one of the easiest things to get through the food mill. More than half of the product remained above the auger and was not pushed through, even with a spatula. I'm throwing this junk in the trash where it belongs. Don't waste your money, buy a more expensive commercial unit.
