. they are exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble, absolutely off-road suitable, amazingly stable and you can really see something through. Whether YOU like them DEPENDS. I have used and enjoyed Doubletake's standard/round and large mirrors with RAM mounts on three bikes in the past (F800GS, KTM690, XR600R). I highly recommend them. Now that I ride the EXC350 I didn't like the idea of putting big mirrors on it as I use it for 99% of the dirt - mainly tracks and trails with my teenagers. But once I got to the track, I was appalled that there weren't any mirrors at all. So I gave them a chance. They're better than I expected - in fact, less vibration at high rpm than stock DT mirrors. You cannot see the car directly behind you until you enter a corner. The curvier the road, the more you will like it. You can see someone driving past you - turns around about 45ยฐ from your back. In short, it's better than nothingโa nice addition to an off-road bike that occasionally sees the pavement. But for a commuter bike or a 50/50 dual-sport bike, keep looking - it's not what you're looking for.
